ISPRA Web Site - statistic 2016

The technical document provides the analyse of the data concerning the statistic access to ISPRA Web Site and the use of some online services, that allow to define the option of navigation and the users preference between different environmental topics, the editorial and multimedia products and services offered by the Site.

The analysis of the data generated by traffic is integrated by information collected through online questionnaires to monitor user satisfaction. The publication in the last part present a summary of the results aimed to provide a digital user description ISPRA and to give input for future actions
