Rome plus software

Rome Plus software has been created by ISPRA and by ARPAs within the activities of the 9 bis Working Group of the National System for the Protection of the Environment (SNPA) and represents the SNPA validated official tool for the compliance with the guideline documents "Procedure for the evaluation and use of soil gas data in the risk assessment of contaminated sites" (Linee Guida SNPA 17/2018) and "Design of vapour monitoring in contaminated sites" – Appendix B “Active Flux Chambers monitoring” (Linee Guida SNPA 15/2018).

The suite includes two calculation tools:

“San Giovanni” for risks assessment starting from soil gas data.
“Fori” for risks assessment starting from emission flux measuresments

The version 1.1 of the software can be used both in Italian and in English.

System Requirements for RomePlus

Operating System: Windows 7 or subsequent version. For operating systems Windows 7, Windows 8 o Windows 8.1 during the installation phase the installation of the .Net Framework 4.6.1 may be required and automatically be performed.

Rome Plus registration

Rome Plus requires a registration in order to be used.
The first time you start one of the suite's products on a PC, the registration procedure will start automatically.
Registration is free, and needs to request an appropriate code, which will be sent by e-mail. By entering the registration code, the procedure is completed and you can use the application.

(*) Important Note

The latest version of Rome Plus (1.1) has significantly updated the previous one (1.0d). The files created and saved with the 1.0d version can also be opened and used with the new 1.1 version. For those who have already installed previous versions, it is not necessary to register again the product.
Rome Plus technical support is always available in case of problems and malfunctions of the application.
